Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, effective data management is pivotal for organizations to secure, share, and maintain the integrity of their critical information assets. This research explores contemporary strategies and technologies employed in data management to address the challenges posed by increasing data volumes and diverse sources. Emphasis is placed on security measures, encompassing encryption, access controls, and authentication protocols, to safeguard against cyber threats. The study also investigates innovative approaches to data sharing, including secure collaboration platforms and blockchain-enabled sharing mechanisms. Ensuring the integrity of data throughout its lifecycle is a central theme, with insights into data validation, version control, and audit trails. By providing a holistic view of data management practices, this study aims to guide organizations in navigating the complexities of the digital landscape while maintaining the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of their data.
