Abstract

The convergence of interactive art and computer technology represents a pivotal juncture in the contemporary creative landscape. This paper explores the dynamic interplay between artistic expression and technological innovation, seeking to bridge the gap that has traditionally separated these two domains. Interactive art, characterized by its responsiveness and engagement with the viewer, has found new avenues of expression through advances in computer technology. This paper delves into the various ways in which art and technology intersect, including interactive installations, augmented reality experiences, and generative art. It examines the transformative impact of technology on artistic processes and the profound influence of artistic principles on technological development. By examining case studies and examples, we demonstrate the rich potential of this intersection and its contribution to the evolution of both art and technology. Ultimately, this paper advocates for a holistic approach that embraces the synergy between interactive art and computer technology, fostering innovation, creativity, and a more profound understanding of the relationship between art and technology.
